Highlights

DATS’10 goes purple as culinary collaborators create new recipes based on the Stokes County purple sweet potato. Four cooking teams, each consisting of a professional chef and refugee-immigrant, face language, tradition and cultural barriers as they work to communicate, collaborate, and create great new recipes. Taste samples in the DATS’10 MashUp!
