From talks to tasting, DATS ’10 will uniquely explore the power and possibilities of food through diverse cultural, familial, personal, local, regional, continental and global perspectives. Symposium highlights will include displays of holography and high-speed video, and several members of the MIT community will describe implementations of leading-edge research.

The DESIGN EXPO is free and open to the public in MRCA Mountcastle Forum.
The main program will be webcasted and online media will be active throughout.
